Happy Monday, everyone!

Did you know that mindfulness simply just means noticing without judgement?

Do you struggle with staying connected and aware of your feelings, thoughts, and physical body?

I have found myself speaking this truth over my clients more recently in sessions. My conversations with people have landed on the topic of where/what we place our value and worth in.

Has this time been a challenge or refreshing for you? In what ways? Maybe you have experienced a roller coaster of mixed emotions.

No matter what you have felt or There have been many conversations these past few weeks centered around the uncertainty of what will happen in our world, communities, and personal lives. Have you been having these as well?

One common theme I have noticed, has been around the desir As I have been sitting with people over the past few weeks, the words anxious, uncertain, hopeless, fearful, and difficult have been used to describe experiences with the current situation in our world today.

There is a lot of uncertainty that we ar I know social distancing can be difficult, so here are some suggestions on things to do in this time of rest and keeping ourselves safe!

Roots are hidden underground and do not receive acknowledgement or praise, but their reward comes from what they produce.

This stuck with me. If roots A common misperception that some of my clients believe is that grief can only be experienced when we lose a loved one or a significant person.

Did you know that grief can be experienced in reaction to many different losses that we may experience ove Does change make you feel uneasy? Is change difficult for you to experience?

One reason these questions may feel true is that when we experience change, we experience loss at the same time.
